About the Role

Lead and develop a dedicated team
Schedule prioritise and delegate tasks
Conduct inspections identify and implement improvements
Regular client interaction
Ensure equipment is well-maintained

About You

You will be a hands-on leader with a strong eye for detail and take immense pride in your work. You inspire your team members with your commitment to quality and safety.

Qualified in horticulture or related field or equivalent industry experience
Have led mentored and coached team members and apprentices to enhance their skills
Experience with a wide range of garden maintenance tools and techniques
Strong commitment to safety
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Drivers license is essential
