• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with coaches parents and participants.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge to provide valuable guidance and support to volunteer coaches.

• Strong ability to build professional relationships and create a positive team-oriented atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work all scheduled Saturdays of the season.
