Job Summary
Join the Crew: Experienced Solar Installers
Venture Solar is expanding! We are looking for hardworking individuals on our installation team.Experienced Installer who thrives on the roof we have a place for you.
Location: Daily reporting to Biddeford ME
Residential Solar Installer
Assembly: Install racking mounting hardware and solar modules on pitched roofs.
Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.
Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.
What Everyone Brings to the Team
Safety First: A deep respect for safety procedures and the use of PPE.
Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50 lbs climb ladders and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
Technical Skill: Proficiency with power tools and a get it done right attitude.
Reliability: A valid clean drivers license and a commitment to 40 hour weeks
