Spalding University a mission-driven Catholic institution in downtown Louisville founded by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth is seeking a Senior Advisor to the President to serve as a strategic partner to the President during a transformative period of growth. This high-visibility role manages complex projects advances strategic partnerships and serves as a key liaison among the President Board of Trustees senior leadership and external stakeholders.

• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of the President
• Serve as the Universitys primary liaison to the business and industry community
• Plan and coordinate Board of Trustees meetings retreats and related activities
• Prepare executive-level briefing materials presentations and communications
• Track presidential directives and action items to ensure timely follow-up and accountability
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and lead project teams on institutional initiatives
• Design and lead a holistic corporate relationship engagement and management strategy aligned with institutional goals and partners initiatives

• Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in executive support project management or relationship management
• Demonstrated success engaging senior-level stakeholders in complex organizations
• Exceptional communication skills and high integrity handling confidential matters
• Higher education experience and familiarity with mission-driven or Catholic institutions preferred
