We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead network design strategy for our Reverse Logistics operations while supporting broader End-to-End (E2E) network design initiatives. This role is responsible for designing optimizing and scaling the reverse logistics network to improve customer experience reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights modeling techniques and cross-functional collaboration to architect network solutions that balance capacity speed and cost across both forward and reverse supply chains. Strong analytical capabilities strategic thinking and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple geographies and organizational levels are essential.

Key job responsibilities
Design and optimize end-to-end network flows for returned products from customer initiation through final disposition (resale refurbishment recycling or disposal) minimizing total cost while maximizing recovery value
Support E2E network design initiatives by collaborating with team members on forward logistics network optimization providing analytical support and recommendations for integrated supply chain solutions
Conduct deep-dive analyses on network performance identifying bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement across reverse logistics flows utilizing data analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making
Partner with other geos network design teams to share insights leverage learnings from other regions and contribute to worldwide network design standards and innovation initiatives
Manage operational planning processes related to network design translating strategic network vision into tactical execution plans with clear milestones and success metrics
Present network design recommendations to senior leadership articulating complex analytical findings through compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making and investment prioritization
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelors degree
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Experience driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience driving process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
