Job Summary
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to develop cost estimates for insulation system projects
- Analyze project requirements and create detailed cost breakdowns
- Monitor project expenses and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and safety standards
- Participate in project meetings to discuss cost-related issues and provide insights
- Ensure compliance with budget constraints and assist in forecasting future project costs
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Cost Engineer or in a similar role within the insulation industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in cost estimation techniques and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cost engineering for construction projects
- Knowledge of insulation systems and materials
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $110000 to $134000 per year depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits package includes health insurance retirement plans paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
