Job Summary
Job Description: Project Manager at United Healthcare
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead project teams to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop project plans including scope budget schedule and resources
- Coordinate project activities monitor progress and ensure adherence to project milestones
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues that may arise
- Risk management and mitigation to ensure project success
- Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and business objectives
- Conduct regular project reviews and report on project progress to senior management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration Project Management)
- Proven experience as a project manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of industry best practices and project management methodologies
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) preferred
