Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Preferred 7 years of experience in a similar position
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $20.5 to $23.75 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
