Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and aligning administrative strategies with ministerial goals ensuring efficient governance and policy implementation in the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic administrative frameworks.
  • Coordinate with the management to align administrative functions with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and governmental regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare strategic reports and recommendations for executive review.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Public Administration Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in administrative leadership roles including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental entity within the State of Qatar.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and Administration development.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
