Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products and services to identify potential defects or areas for improvement.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality checks providing detailed reports on findings and resolutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members across various departments to address quality concerns and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and returns to identify patterns and implement corrective actions.

Were Looking For:
Some experience as a Quality Control Technician or similar role preferably in technology or smart home sectors but not required
Keen attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving
Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using software tools for analysis and reporting
A relevant technical degree or certification is preferred
