We are working with a well-maintained primary school in Ealing to appoint a dedicated and proactive Site Manager. This is a full-time role starting in April initially on a temporary-to-permanent basis for a professional who takes genuine pride in creating a safe and inspiring environment for young learners.

The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the security maintenance and overall health and safety of the school site. Key duties include managing cleaning staff performing minor DIY repairs and coordinating external contractors for larger projects. You will oversee the premises budget ensure COSHH and fire safety compliance and maintain the schools grounds to a high standard. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage a varied workload from daily safety checks to long-term renovation schedules during the holidays.
Requirements
Proven experience in site management caretaking or a skilled trade.
Knowledge of health and safety legislation and premises compliance.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
A proactive can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
Salaryper annum (Depending on experience).
