The Role
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 with KS5 depending on experience
Planning and delivering engaging well-structured lessons
Supporting practical Science lessons with a strong focus on safety and understanding
Assessing pupil progress and providing clear constructive feedback
Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development
Working collaboratively within a supportive Science team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in a Science-related subject
Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
High expectations for pupil engagement behaviour and progress
A professional organised and positive teaching approach
