We are looking for a professional and well-presented Luxury Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service managing appointments and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations in a premium spa environment.
Guest Experience & Reception Duties
Welcome guests warmly and professionally
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area
Provide attentive and personalized customer service
Appointment Management
Manage bookings and schedules accurately
Coordinate appointments with therapists
Recommend suitable treatments packages and promotions
Communication & Customer Service
Answer phone calls WhatsApp messages and emails professionally
Provide clear information about services and pricing
Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently
Cashiering & Administration
Process payments and issue receipts
Perform basic data entry and daily reporting
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Prior experience in reception hospitality customer service or spa environment is an advantage
Well-groomed polite and professional appearance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and administrative skills
Able to work weekends
Monday to Sunday (1 day off per week)
10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Closed on gazetted public holidays
