About the role
We look for an Executor. Youll play a critical role in building and maintaining our tech talent pipeline.
Youll work with our recruitment to identify engage and attract high-quality engineering talent across multiple markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive outreach understands tech roles and values quality over volume.
The role is based in Tallinn with flexibility for remote work.
What youll do
Full sourcing cycle for Tech candidates via LinkedIn job boards communities and referrals
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
Collaborate closely with recruitment and account managers to support active hiring processes
Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in our ATS/CRM
Continuously improve sourcing strategies tools and workflows
What were looking for
3 year of experience in talent sourcing recruitment or research (tech is a big plus)
Strong communication skills and confidence reaching out to candidates directly
Proactive organized and able to work independently
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
