Required Skills/Abilities/Qualities:

Bilingual Communicator: You read write and speak fluently in both Spanish and English with a positive can-do attitude.
Software Savvy: You are comfortable with Netsuite (or similar ERP) and have intermediate skills in Excel Outlook and Word.
Collaborative Spirit: You have a great personality and enjoy working with diverse teams and clients.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional mathematical and research skills are second nature to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Master of Accounts (70%): Manage the full vendor cycle from onboarding to precise invoice processing and reconciliation within our ERP system. Youll be the bridge between vendors and procurement ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Invoicing & Sales Support (20%): Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to turn contracts into reality. Youll manage sales orders generate invoices and ensure our customers are updated on their payment status.
Office Heartbeat (10%): Keep the Almería office humming! Youll assist with corporate communications office supplies and coordinate meetings for both internal teams and valued clients.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in a fast-paced SME environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Currently residing in the province of Almería.

Education:

An Associates Degree in Accounting or a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting/administration department.
