Job Summary

ROLE OVERVIEW WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
As part of our dynamic finance team you will play a key role in driving financial control analysis and strategic decision-making across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing and managing controls over cash flow including accounts receivable (cash and non-cash) accounts payable (trade and non-trade) and inventory management.
Conducting customer and vendor reconciliations.
Performing business analyses and financial modeling to support company initiatives.
Assisting in preparing and presenting recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and future initiatives.
Supporting monthly P&L analysis financial forecasting and reporting.
Preparing weekly and monthly review reports across key KPIs for various departments.
Measuring and monitoring performance metrics for new business initiatives.
Assisting in tracking progress on key business goals in a timely manner.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
Ensuring financial policies procedures and internal controls are well-documented and functioning effectively.
Actively participating in strategic initiatives and special projects as required.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of SQL Python and Power Query.
Solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and collaborative team player.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MBA / CA / CPA / ICAEW with 4 years of experience in consumer-focused finance roles.
Proven financial analysis and modeling expertise.
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
Ability to develop innovative solutions and new ideas.
Experience in E-Commerce FMCG or Retail is a plus.
