As the Site Incharge, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout.

- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in line with client needs.

- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for efficiency.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to monitor progress and ensure compliance.

- Manage procurement processes and vendor selection to optimize project outcomes.

- Conduct site inspections, assess risks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

- Foster effective communication with team members and stakeholders to provide regular updates.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in construction project management.

- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in India.

- Excellent project management skills with a track record of on-time, on-budget project delivery.

- Proficiency in reading technical documents and interpreting blueprints.

- Leadership and communication skills to manage project teams effectively.

- Familiarity with construction management software and project scheduling tools.

- Understanding of sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional certification in project or construction management (e.g., PMP, LEED).

- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects in India.

- Knowledge of local construction regulations, permits, and approval processes.

- Proficiency in Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.

- Expertise in construction contract negotiations and claims management.

- Familiarity with lean construction principles and methodologies.

- Strong financial acumen in project budgeting and cost control.
