Job Summary

Paintgun is a dynamic creative agency on a mission to drive innovation by transforming growth plans into high-performing paid ads. We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer based in Europe to join our team. If you enjoy designing intuitive products care deeply about user experience and want to work on a platform that directly impacts how ad creatives are launched reviewed and optimized we want to hear from you!

Tasks

Design and iterate on the Paintgun platform used to share creative assets with customers and collect feedback.
Create intuitive user flows for launching ad creatives into ad channels and managing approvals.
Translate performance data into clear understandable interfaces that show what creatives are performing and why.
Collaborate closely with product creative and engineering teams to improve usability and clarity.

Requirements

2 years of experience in UX/UI or product design ideally for web-based platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design workflows and interface thinking.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma and modern design systems.
Solid understanding of UX principles interaction design and information hierarchy.
Ability to balance visual design with functional data-driven interfaces.
