The Operations Supervisor will ensuring the effective gathering analysis and utilization of data to drive strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role involves leading a team of analysts coordinating with various departments and implementing best practices in data management and operational processes.
Will provide guidance instruction direction and leadership to the department for the purpose of achieving a key result and group of aligned results.
Also assist with developing a timeline for each project and delegating the individual components to members of the team including him/herself. The Team lead will be in charge of regular reporting on the teams progress.
Job Purpose:
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of the samples.
Develop and maintain reports and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and trends to stakeholders.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client and services objectives to develop strategies in order to achieve client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains based on data-driven.
Contribute to the development of long-term services and operational roadmaps.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance.
Define clearly state expectations and objectives with the team members. Ensure that all members understand the missions ahead.
Analyze the metrics of the biological samples.
Analyze the delivery routes.
Plan and organize team building activities.
Monitoring all logistics operations shipments and make sure that all services are getting follow up and route to properly destinations in a timely manner.
Works closely with different department teams to ensure all operational administrative and compliance functions within the operations.
Communicate with teams about our performance. Cultivate a unique identity for the team; Build a unified department.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders to address issues resolve challenges and ensure alignment with service objectives and timelines.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and services protocols.
Identify and address any deviations non-compliance issues or risks that may impact the integrity of the service.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address issues and ensure continuity of the service.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Attend and provide solutions to our customers.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with internal and external branch.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
3-5 years of experience as Supervisor.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and adherence to protocols.
Ability to identify and address issues in the shipment process.
The Ability to work in a very fast pace and high stress working environment.
Understand the importance of deadlines for shipments.

Work is performed in an office environment.
While performing the duties of this job the employee may be regularly required to sit and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and keyboard.
The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer and extensive reading.
The role may require occasional work outside of standard business hours to accommodate client needs or urgent issues.
Occasional travel (domestic and International) may be necessary to visit client sites or attend industry events.
