Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Architectural Inspector to conduct inspection and supervision of architectural works in construction projects. The role ensures that materials finishes and construction quality meet approved designs project specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail knowledge of construction practices and the ability to coordinate with project teams to maintain quality and compliance on-site.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect architectural works including interior and exterior finishes materials and detailing to ensure compliance with approved drawings and design specifications.

Monitor workmanship on-site and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

Verify the quality of materials and installation methods reporting any non-conformities.

Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to resolve design or execution issues.

Conduct periodic site visits and prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation.

Support testing and commissioning of architectural elements as required.

Ensure compliance with project timelines design requirements and regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural inspection or related construction quality roles.

Knowledge of construction materials finishes and building codes.

Strong observational and analytical skills for detecting deviations or defects.

Excellent communication coordination and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and documentation/reporting tools.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
