Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Design Architect to join our team in Jeddah NAME. As a Design Architect you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs for various projects while ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Develop creative and functional architectural designs that meet client requirements and project objectives
- Collaborate with clients project managers and team members to understand design goals and constraints
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software
- Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure quality efficiency and compliance with building codes
- Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into architectural projects
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to the overall growth of the design team
- Stay updated on industry trends materials and construction techniques to deliver cutting-edge designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal writing
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 2 years of experience as a Design Architect with a focus on innovative and sustainable design
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects
- In-depth knowledge of building codes regulations and construction standards particularly in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing and refining architectural drawings
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of architectural design
