Position: Account Manager (Wholesale Lending)
Location: North Hollywood CA or Brea CA
Work Model: In-office
Compensation: $50000 base salary; commission per file available after a 90-day probationary period; overtime eligible
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM5:30 PM PT

Overview
This in-office Account Manager role supports wholesale/TPO production by managing active loan files from submission through closing. Youll work directly with brokers and internal partners to keep files moving ensure documentation meets product and underwriting guidelines and coordinate closing steps to support timely compliant closings.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with brokers and account executives
Manage multiple active loan files and cases to support timely closings
Ensure loans meet regulatory requirements and underwriting guidelines
Provide strong customer service to brokers/consumers internal operations staff and third parties
Review documentation to confirm it meets underwriting guidelines and loan product requirements
Review closing costs with the broker or consumer and coordinate closings with internal closers
Partner closely with underwriters to understand conditions and clearly explain them to the broker or consumer
Identify and resolve issues escalating to management as appropriate
Manage the closing schedule and communicate updates to all appropriate parties
Qualifications
3 years of wholesale lending experience as an Account Manager
Experience supporting Non-QM loans and QM products including FHA VA USDA and Conventional
Working proficiency in Encompass
Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills with a consistent service-minded approach
