POSITION SUMMARY
EvoSkin is seeking a motivated and results-drivenSales Representativeto promote our portfolio of advanced aesthetic laser technologies. You will be a trusted advisor to med spas dermatologists plastic surgeons and cosmetic clinics helping them integrate innovative devices into their practices to achieve superior patient outcomes.
This role blends consultative sales product expertise and relationship management. Youll represent EvoSkins valuesintegrity innovation and partnershipwhile driving revenue and growth in your territory.

Our mission is to empower aesthetic professionals with safe clinically validated devices backed by education service and long-term partnership. We combine startup agility with a purpose-driven approach helping our customers deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
OBJECTIVES
- Identify prospect and develop new business opportunities with aesthetic practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners medical directors and practitioners.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and onboarding.
- Maintain deep knowledge of EvoSkin products clinical applications and the competitive landscape.
- Support customers post-sale with training coordination service communication and best practices.
- Represent EvoSkin at trade shows workshops and industry events.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Accurately manage internal CRM and provide timely activity reporting.
COMPETENCIES
- 2 years of sales experience ideally in medical devices aesthetics or high-value capital equipment.
- Proven consultative sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong communication presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into clinical and financial benefits.
- Self-motivated highly organized and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory within state lines.
Pay$3k Monthly Draw Commission ($100k OTE first year)
SCHEDULEMonday-Friday with occasional weekend availability
