Job Summary
- Play a pivotal leadership role shaping the Universitys academic timetable.
- Drive continuous improvement and student experience excellence.
- Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: ($116262-$127078) p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Directorate of Student Success and Progression is part of the UWA Education Portfolio dedicated to delivering a worldclass student experience. The Directorate oversees critical functions across the student lifecycle including Admissions Enrolments Fees Scholarships Timetabling Student Advising Exams and Graduation. Working collaboratively across the University the Directorate ensures the delivery of integrated studentcentred services that support academic success retention and progression.
About the opportunity
- Lead the strategic planning development and delivery of the Universitys academic timetable.
- Drive system improvements service optimisation and enhanced student and staff experience.
- Provide expert advice governance and leadership in timetabling policy process and stakeholder engagement.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent professional expertise.
- Extensive experience in the Higher Education sector with demonstrated strategic leadership capability.
- Strong expertise in scheduling software and complex university systems.
- Highly developed analytical problemsolving communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams set priorities and deliver outcomes in a fastpaced environment.
