Lead Pega Business Architect responsible for guiding Agile teams driving requirements and solution design and serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams in a workflow and digital transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple Agile teams delivering Pega workflow UI and integration solutions.
- Gather analyze and document business requirements; facilitate DCO workshops; and translate needs into Pega case designs workflows and integrations.
- Partner with architects and developers to define solution design and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies support testing and maintain functional documentation and process flows.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions align priorities and ensure governance and change control standards are followed.
Required Qualifications
- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA or PCSBA) with several years of hands-on Pega BA experience.
- Experience leading or coordinating multi-team Pega delivery efforts in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of Pega case management rules integrations and requirements management across the SDLC.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Background in workflow redesign change management or process optimization.
