Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead daily field operations for high-end urban landscape and rooftop construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews maintaining job site safety and ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on organized and comfortable working in fast-paced outdoor environments while coordinating closely with design and project teams.

This position requires strong leadership technical construction skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both crews and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
Lead field crews and ensure productivity workmanship and efficiency
Interpret plans and execute projects according to design specifications
Maintain strict safety standards and enforce job site safety protocols
Monitor timelines and assist in keeping projects on schedule
Operate and oversee the use of tools and construction equipment
Collaborate with design and maintenance teams to ensure seamless project execution
Communicate progress updates and address client questions or concerns
Identify and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively
Maintain clean organized and professional job sites

Required Qualifications

Proven experience supervising construction or landscape crews
Strong background in landscape construction hardscaping or carpentry
Working knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in residential or urban landscape construction
Experience with rooftop or specialty outdoor projects
Familiarity with project scheduling and field logistics
