Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Testing Lead to drive QA for large-scale Master Data Management (MDM) modernization projects. Responsible for data quality ETL validation data standardization and ensuring robust enterprise data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end testing for MDM modernization initiatives
Develop test strategies plans and scripts for data migration integration and transformation
Validate data quality consistency and integrity across systems
Collaborate with development data engineering and business teams
Perform functional integration and performance testing for ETL and MDM components
Ensure compliance with data governance standards
Manage defects and perform root cause analysis for data issues
Drive address standardization and data enrichment testing

Required Skills & Experience:

10 years in software testing focused on data-centric projects
Proven experience in MDM initiatives (modernization/implementation)
Expertise in ETL tools (Informatica Talend or similar)
Data quality frameworks profiling validation and standardization experience
Familiarity with Informatica SaaS MDM (preferred)
Strong understanding of data governance and metadata management
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS)
Knowledge of data security and compliance standards
Exposure to Agile tools: Jira Q-Test Confluence
