Job Summary

Requirements:

You should have:

  • a bachelors degree preferably for research projects
  • at least six months of working experience in a healthcare-based ECD parenting education programme
  • experience in qualitative data collection and analysis
  • prior experience in data collection surveys or field research
  • familiarity with mobile data collection tools
  • a basic understanding of data quality assurance.

Data Collector Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Location: Karachi Pakistan

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is the academic department of the University to support wide range of in-patient and outpatient care services pertinent to general obstetrics and gynaecology inlcuding lactation consultancy family planning and parenting addition to the core services department also caters to wide range of specialised services of Maternal Fetal Medicine Gynaecologic Oncology Urogynaecology and Pediatrics & Adolescent gynaecology. The department also offers formal post graduate training programs of residency and fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine Urogynaecology and Gynaecologic Oncology.

This is a grant-funded contractual position.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

  • collect data from assigned locations surveys interviews digital sources or field activities
  • verify the accuracy and completeness of collected data
  • enter data into databases spreadsheets or data management systems
  • follow approved data collection protocols and ethical standards
  • identify and report inconsistencies or errors in the data
  • maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive information
  • submit daily and weekly reports on data collection progress
  • coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet project goals.
