Job Summary

The consultant will adhere to Clients application development standards including but not limited to project management methodology SDLC (software development life cycle) Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process

The Project/Program Name:

Deprecation and Removal of XSLT in Web Browser Project
CIRB Proof of Coverage/UnitStat Reporting and Data Exchange
GLMain for Safety Group Accounting
IPAM for Policy Maintenance and Administration (including Declaration Entity Location Endorsement Broker Change of Interest Contacts Cancellation and Reinstatement and Reports)
iCMS for WC New Business Cash Management.

Provide a short description of the Position:

Deprecation and Removal of XSLT in Web Browsers Project - aims to provide an alternative solution for all xlst dependent PHS web applications with a tight schedule and a hard deadline.
CIRB Proof of Coverage/UnitStat Reporting and Data Exchange - In-house developed web applications for reporting both policy and claims data to NYSCIRB and data exchange processes. Tasks include production fixes and enhancements including those arising from statutory requirements.
GLMain for Safety Group Accounting -- In-house developed web application to create various reports for Safetyp Group accounting purpose. Tasks include production fixes and enhancements due to new requirements.
iPAM (Integrated Policy Administration and Maintenance) System - In-house developed web application for the administration and maintenance of a WC policy record during its life cycle. It consists of the following main modules Declaration Entity Location Endorsement Broker Change of Interest Contacts Cancellation and Reinstatement and Report. Tasks include production fixes and enhancements including those arisen from Billing Application Modernization.
iCMS for WC New Business Cash Management - In-house developed web application for tracking of new business payments in interaction with Quote/Application System Billing System and Oracle Financial. Tasks include production fixes and enhancements due to new requirements.

Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate:

The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan create modify test and implement code in support of any of the following:
Develop Oracle stored procedure packages and triggers
Develop batch application oracle
Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
Communicate software requirements to app dev team members
Develop software with modern web development frameworks

Requested Qualification Number	Requested Qualification Notes to Agency: Points assigned will change depending on the number of Qualifications submitted There is no requirement to have 10 Qualifications. Only Number of Months is an allowable unit of measurement for experience.	Experience you have
1	84 months experience in development support and implementation of software related to policy administration and maintenance for Workers Compensation Insurance or equivalent
2	84 months experience in development support and implementation of software related to actuarial data computation and gathering for Workers Compensation Insurance or equivalent
3	84 months experience in Oracle development using PL/SQL in the following: triggers functions stored procedures packages view cursor file processing JSON processing XML processing advanced query optimization and database design and implementation.
4	84 months programming experience in MVC Web Services and Oracle .
5	84 months experience as a .Net application developer using Microsoft TFS Azure DevOps and Visual Studio 2015 or newer
6	84 months experience with web browser application development using JavaScript CSS JSON XML Xslt Html AJAX and Bootstrap.
7	36 months with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)
Required Documentation	R sum Copy of Candidate Identification (i.e. Drivers License/Green Card/Visa and Passport if applicable) Any documents referenced in the above Requested Qualifications (i.e. professional certifications degrees etc.)
