Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Schedule: 4/10 1st Shift
Clearance: Interim or full Secret Clearance required prior to start (Interim Secret acceptable)

Summary:

Develop high-performance C software supporting:
- Radar modeling
- Scene modeling
- Signal construction
- Signal processing
- Radar control processing components
Work within simulation and digital twin environments
Integrate software with external systems for high-volume high-fidelity radar simulations
Apply a systems engineering perspective to ensure robust solutions
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance
Influence technical direction of projects
Collaborate with software and systems architects to ensure solution reliability

Requirements:

Interim or full Secret Clearance required prior to start (Interim Secret acceptable)
Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Computer Science Computer Engineering Systems Engineering Physics or related STEM field
Strong experience with C or other object-oriented programming languages (Java C# etc.)
Agile methodology: release planning sprint planning and scrum
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical documentation skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

Strong mathematics background: linear algebra statistical analysis signal processing
Functional knowledge of radar systems subsystems and radar modeling design tools
Radar systems development experience including algorithms software data analysis and modeling & simulation
Technical leadership and program execution experience
Demonstrated analytical applied mathematics and problem-solving skills
