Job Summary
> Design and develop suspension layouts (front and rear) using NX.
> Build and analyze kinematic models to evaluate suspension travel motion ratios roll center camber gain bump steer and other performance parameters.
> Work with large mechanical assemblies ensuring accurate integration of suspension components with chassis and body systems.
> Support the creation of a standardized suspension development process tailored for customer including documentation workflows and CAD guidelines.
> Collaborate with vehicle dynamics testing and product engineering teams to meet targeted ride handling and durability performance.
> Generate CAD models 2D drawings BOMs and reports as part of the development cycle.
