Here are some of exciting tasks awaiting you:

Developing digital transformation strategies concepts and specifications for the implementation enhancement and improvement of innovative platform solutions;
Facilitating and guiding projects to ensure business and technology are aligned;
Directing and supervising scalable client engagements on overall technological architecture;
Ensuring re-use and scale of our knowledge and methods;
Sharing training and mapping clients needs to Merkle capabilities;
Acting as advisor or mentor for more junior colleagues on their project work and career development;
Gathering of business requirements and translating them into workable digital solution specifications in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria;
Defining and enhancing industry and client specific architectures;
Advising the client on architectural solution aspects within their Vertical;
Closely collaborating with the development teams UX / Design teams and content teams (onsite and/or offshore);
Preparing and facilitating client workshops for idea creation and solution finding;
Staying up to date or ahead of digital trends in the market and understands how they impact the clients business.

A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:

Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or similar;
Proven track record in leading global CRM multi-cloud implementations in complex environments;
Solid knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud;
Strong client facing profile;
Salesforce architect certifications highly recommended (Application system integrations data sharing and visibility architect);
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture knowledge is a plus;
Fluency in French & English;
Availability for the onsite presence in Geneva.
