What Youll Do

Lead structured consultative conversations via Zoom or phone
Support individuals exploring career transitions professional development and worklife balance
Use a relationship-focused needs-based communication approach
Explain programs learning pathways and expectations clearly
Track notes follow-ups and client progress using CRM tools
Manage your own schedule and productivity with full independence
