POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project from contract approval to completion. This includes developing and managing project budgets schedules and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with company standards. The Project Manager serves as the central point of contact for both internal teams and clients ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

QUALIFICATIONS
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Manual dexterity to operate a computer to perform basic clerical functions. Visual acuity (with correction) and the ability to speak and hear. The work is sedentary with occasional walking standing bending and carrying of light items such as papers and books.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment includes both office settings and manufacturing facilities. This role may involve occasional exposure to factory conditions such as noise fumes dust and mist.
TRAVEL
This position may require up to 20% travel including overnight stays.

COMPENSATION
Compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
All prospective team members must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Willingness to work outside of regular hours to meet project deadlines when necessary.
