Yarra City Council Childrens Services are seeking dedicated educators for our Long Day Care and Kindergarten programs in Richmond Fitzroy Collingwood and North Carlton.

We support childrens social and emotional learning and understand the protective impact of this support for childrens life-long mental health.

To be successful in this role the following is required:

Minimum qualification of Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
Up to date First Aid CPR EpiPen and Asthma Management qualifications
Valid Working with Children Check
Experience using Xplor (or similar online education platform) (desirable)
Demonstrated ability to facilitate responsive routines and programs guided by the approved learning frameworks
Current mandatory reporting training
Team focused approach
