邮件收发员也称信件收发员邮件处理员的主要工作内容通常包括以下方面

• 接收邮件从邮局快递公司或内部投递渠道接收 incoming 邮件包裹和文件

• 分拣与分类根据收件部门人员或地址对邮件进行分类和整理确保准确无误

• 登记与记录对重要信件机密文件或包裹进行登记记录收发时间收件人等信息便于追踪和管理

• 内部派送将分拣好的邮件按时送达公司内部各部门或指定员工

• 寄发邮件收集需外寄的信件和包裹进行封装贴单填写运单并交付给邮政或快递服务商

• 管理邮件室/收发室保持邮件处理区域整洁有序妥善保管未领取的邮件防止丢失或泄密

• 协助行政事务部分岗位可能还需协助复印扫描文件归档等基础行政支持工作

• 遵守保密规定处理涉及公司机密或个人隐私的邮件时须严格遵守保密和信息安全制度

该岗位通常要求责任心强细致耐心具备基本沟通能力和时间管理能力部分单位可能要求使用办公软件或邮件管理系统
