KDHS are currently looking for motivatedEnrolled Nurses to join the supportive and friendly team at ourSheridan Residential Aged Care Facility.As an Enrolled Nurse you will provide supportive care that enhances our residents wellbeing.
What you will be doing:
- Providing a range of nursing and personal care services to our residents
- Ensuring detailed documentation is updated
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our residents family members and the team providing care
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive
About you
- A warm compassionate and reliable team member
- Ability to listen and understand our residents needs and requirements
- Availability in either morning afternoon or night shift over 7 day roster.
