About the Role
The Traffic & Flood Risk Management team seek to deliver an excellent customer focused service in an efficient effective and economic manner with specific focus on managing moving traffic enforcement as part of the Councils role as the Highway Authority.
The Technical Officers primary purpose is to support the Service Manager and Technical Lead in Traffic Management and Moving Traffic Enforcement (MTE) to deliver an excellent customer focused Moving Traffic Enforcement service whilst adhering to Corporate Departmental and Government priorities.
We are looking for a proactive and efficient individual with good customer service skills someone who can put citizens and customers first and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders. They must also be organised and have excellent communication skills to ensure that the outputs of the service area are maintained to professional standards.
