Job Summary

MANAGER (LEGAL):

Join a leading Group in Bahrain as we expand our Legal & Commercial team!
We are looking for an experienced Legal Professional (1015 years) with strong expertise in:

Corporate & commercial law
Construction contracts.
Drafting & reviewing agreements
Regulatory compliance & policy development
Coordination with external counsel for Litigation & dispute management
*Key Responsibilities: *
Manage and oversee all legal cases across the Group
Lead corporate matters incl. CR amendments new entity setups and documentation
Review major works contracts and support negotiations
Prepare and vet commercial corporate & project agreements
Monitor legal updates in Bahrain & international jurisdictions
Identify legal risks and advise management
Ensure proper legal documentation & internal compliance

*Requirements: *
*LL.B. / Degree in Law - Mandatory*
1015 years of relevant experience
Excellent drafting communication & analytical skills
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Law & contract standards
Proficiency in MS Office
