We are seeking an experienced Endocrinology Specialist to diagnose treat and manage patients with hormone-related disorders. This role involves evaluating patients prescribing medications or recommending surgical interventions and staying updated with the latest research in endocrinology. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in endocrine diseases strong diagnostic skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Management
Treat patients with disorders related to hormones and endocrine glands including thyroid abnormalities diabetes hypertension infertility cholesterol disorders and endocrine cancers.
Examine patients make accurate diagnoses and prescribe treatment plans including medications or surgery recommendations.
Collaborate closely with peers in the Clinical Fraternity to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in endocrinology.
Conduct research alongside clinical responsibilities to improve treatment outcomes.
Leadership & Collaboration
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients.
Mentor junior medical staff and contribute to their professional development.
Lead by example promoting best practices in patient care safety and clinical procedures.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to all hospital policies regulatory requirements and medical ethics.
Maintain high standards of patient safety clinical documentation and evidence-based practices.
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving in managing complex endocrine cases.

Required Skills & Experience
Doctoral degree (Doctor of Medicine Certificate) with specialization in Endocrinology.
Medical license and certification to practice endocrinology.
Minimum 10 years of clinical experience including at least 4 years in the GCC region.
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a thorough understanding of endocrine disorders.
Excellent decision-making interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational problem-solving and research skills.
Proficiency with computers and medical equipment.
