Requirements
We are looking for a skilled D365 CRM & Power Platform Developer to design develop and implement CRM and business automation solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable digital solutions that enhance customer engagement streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development
Design develop and customize solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
Build Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) Power Automate flows plugins workflows and custom connectors.
Implement business logic automation workflows and system integrations.
Collaboration & Requirements
Work closely with business analysts architects and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Integration & Automation
Develop integrations and automate business processes to improve efficiency.
Support CI/CD practices and deployments where applicable.
Reporting & Insights
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
Best Practices & Support
Ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
Participate in full SDLC including design development testing deployment and support.
Stay updated with new D365 and Power Platform features and recommend innovations.
Required Skills
25 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development.
Strong expertise in:
D365 CRM customization (Plugins Actions Configuration)
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
Power Automate
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript C# .NET development.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps (preferred).
Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications preferred.
Good to Have
Experience with Azure services and cloud architecture.
Knowledge of system integration patterns data modeling and architecture.
Exposure to:
Power BI Power Virtual Agent
Azure Data Factory (ADF)
CI/CD pipeline development
Custom Pages in Power Platform

Required Skills:
Proven experience (2 - 5 years) in developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Strong proficiency in D365 CRM customization (Plugin & Action) and configuration including experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven) Power Automate Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript C# development for extending D365 CRM and Power Platform functionalities. Experience with Agile methodologies leveraging Azure DevOps and version control systems is desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
