Job Summary
Parking company is seeking limited part-time parking operations specialists to enforce on our parking lots. 5 - 10 hours per week.
This position is 1st and 2nd shift and weekends are required. Hours are random and are typically afternoons evenings and weekends. You must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation because you will use your own car for work and you will be reimbursed on a monthly basis. You will be required to show proof of the cars current registration and insurance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations. Write violations wheel lock cars and call tow company.
- Assist with customers by helping customers make payment via a mobile application.
- Drive your own vehicle at work. (Includes monthly check for gas mileage reimbursement paid back to employee.)
- Work outdoors in different seasons and weather. Experience working outdoors is helpful.
- Able to work with a supervisor and able to work on your own with no supervisor.
- Training will be provided for small repairs such as damaged parking gates.
- Be able to attend bi-weekly remote meetings.
- Pick up and trash in parking locations.
- Provide great customer service by giving directions teaching and showing customers how to use equipment.
Job Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Reliable transportation must drive at work.
Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check a motor vehicle records check and drug test.
Job Type: Part-time 5-10 hours per week.
Salary: $20.00/hour
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Day and Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
We will run a 10 year background check.
