Venture Solar is expanding! We are looking for hardworking individuals on our installation team. Whether you are a Licensed Electrician looking to lead technical tie-ins or an Experienced Installer who thrives on the roof we have a place for you.

Location: Daily reporting to Hudson MA

Licensed Electrician

• Execution: Lead the wiring of AC/DC circuits inverters and main panel upgrades.

• Compliance: Ensure all electrical components meet MD state codes and safety regulations.

• Maintenance: Troubleshoot hazards repair damaged units and perform system testing.

• Requirement: Must hold a valid Massachusetts or Rhode Island Electrician License.

Residential Solar Installer

• Assembly: Install racking mounting hardware and solar modules on pitched roofs.

• Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.

• Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

• Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.
