Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean safe and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part inmaintainingthe overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace contributing to a positive experience for employees clients and visitors.
PAY: $17.50/Hr.

Responsibilities
Clean and maintain building interiors including floors carpets furniture fixtures walls and glass surfaces
Sweep mop scrub and vacuum floors using appropriate tools and equipment
Properly use and handle chemical cleaners and cleaning solutions according to established procedures
Dust furniture walls light fixtures and other surfaces
Clean and service restrooms including restocking supplies
Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials
Clean and sanitize tabletops chairs and common-use areas
Maintain janitorial closets in a neat and orderly condition and ensure equipment is in good order
Request and maintain adequate cleaning supplies and equipment
Notify supervisors or management of maintenance needs safety concerns or repair issues
Maintain effective working relationships with supervisors coworkers and clients
Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previousexperience in janitorial custodial or general cleaning roles is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals equipment and safety standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
