Job Summary

Were looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Gaborone this role youll be at the forefront of driving sales growth building meaningful client relationships and contributing to our organizations success in the regional market. As a Sales Executive youll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution managing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities that align with our vision and values.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
  • Identify prospect and qualify new business opportunities within the Gaborone market and surrounding regions
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients partners and stakeholders through regular communication and exceptional service
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports forecasts and performance analyses to track progress and inform decision-making
  • Follow up on leads systematically and manage the sales pipeline efficiently to ensure consistent deal flow
  • Support sales initiatives promotional campaigns and contracting activities in collaboration with the sales team
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs and preferences
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while maintaining transparency and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

Qualifications :

  • Proven sales experience in a corporate environment preferably in hospitality travel or related industries
  • Strong understanding of the Botswana market and regional distribution channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated resilient and results-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability
  • Presentation and public speaking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in business sales or related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed for client meetings and business development
