Job Summary
Job Overview
To ensure products are tested in right quality quantity based in the standardized work.
Job Description
- Trigger technicians/engineers in the event of non-conformities are found.
- Perform conversion inspection check according to the work instruction.
- Participate in change over meeting with MST team.
- Perform 6S for individual workstation.
- Carry out production check list for every shift.
- Participate in Production Suggestion System (PSS).
- Compulsory to understand and follow ESD procedure.
- Check required poka-yoke and give information to technicians/engineers.
- In case of deviation press red or yellow button (Andon System).
Qualifications :
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in production environment
- A minimum of SPM qualification is a must
- Able to work as a team with good teamwork and maintain a healthy working environment
- Able to communicate in cross functional way
- Able to contribute the new idea for floor improvement
- Knowledge in BPS tools Poka-Yoke & Standardized work is an added advantage
