We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive engineer to join our embedded software development team. As a Software Engineer you are responsible for:
- Interacting with customer teams for software requirement clarifications.
- Evaluating clarifying and defining the Software requirements for powertrain control systems for conventional Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) and eMobility Hybrid and Electric Vehicles (HEV/BEV).
- Proposal of solutions to fulfill functionalities at embedded software level.
- Perform implementation design review and testing (unit and system levels) of new software functionalities according to MBD Tools (Model Based Design) and ASPICE based processes.
- Working as part of international software development integration and project management team as well as with our customers.
- A successful candidate will be familiar with embedded software development and vehicle system design will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a great attitude to learn and work as a team player.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation in Engineering (Electrical Electronics Mechatronics Computer or similar).
- Experience in software development in embedded system in the automotive area.
- Experience with automotive software development tools such as ETAS ASCET Matlab/Simulink ETAS INCA Vector CANOe.
- Experience in conducting SW development from defined software requirements to SW validation including designing coding testing and release to customer team integration.
- English language level Advanced.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for learning and applying new skills.
- Collaborative and team oriented.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Prior powertrain system knowledge (Diesel Gasoline Hybrid Electric Vehicle)
- Software development related work experiences with engine control or powertrain control modules.
- Knowledge of Classic Autosar based system architectures.
