The Mechanical Planning Engineer Junior will focus on the mechanical scope supporting the team Leader in planning coordinating and preparing for the daily mechanical maintenance activities. This role contributes to the development and tracking of maintenance schedules resource planning and performance reporting while supporting the overall goals of the maintenance planning team.
Functional / Operational tasks:
Essential function and responsibilities:
Prepare plan and schedule weekly mechanical maintenance tasks in line with preventive and corrective maintenance programs (PM & CM) .
Attend the Daily Permit to Work Meeting in order to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed with related safety plans prepare.
Onsite job progress tracking of mechanical maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
Track pending jobs including tasks to be planned waiting for material or waiting for labor and update schedules accordingly.
Track and support major overhauls (membrane loading RO trains overhaul) and other heavy equipment maintenance tasks.
Participate in total plant shutdown plan preparation and Act as a timekeeper during total plant shutdown ensuring activities follow schedule.
Maintain and update the CMMS system ensuring accurate work orders job plans and maintenance history.
Support asset management by providing required information for new asset creation and associated spare parts.
Prepare codifications and ensure proper documentation for all assets in the CMMS system.
Develops maintenance procedures and schedules (preventive maintenance plan with related job plan)
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Manpower Using Rate PM/CM ratio execution rate Overtime and monthly backlog.
Analyze maintenance failures and root causes to identify trends and propose corrective actions.
Cost analysis for maintenance activities including labor materials and outsourced services.
Weekly maintenance planning activity reports prepare.
Predictive maintenance implementation for strategic rotating & static assets.

Fresh graduate in mechanical Engineering.
