Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for HDD FA all customers from China.
- Complete the FA work which assigned within the target TAT- including log FA and physical FA.
- Upload FA data to database and generate FA package based on FA data.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers as needed.
- Co-work with other function team like PCBA WW FA FW RWI Servo ME for issue dig out.
- Document failure analysis procedures processes and requirements.
- Provide effective information on tool or process improvements related to FA.
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Microelectronics Computer Science Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Material Analysis or related field
Experience:
2-5 years of failure analysis experience
Hard disk drive (HDD) experience highly preferred
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of semiconductor technology product testing device reliability and failure analysis
Understanding of reliability testing concepts failure mechanisms and failure modes
Familiarity with basic circuit knowledge Programming skills in C Python and VBA (preferred)
Strong data analysis capabilities including data processing and statistical analysis
Soft Skills:
Excellent oral English and communication skills
Ownership and accountability Independent thinking and problem-solving abilities
