Job Summary
As a Security Guard on property you will be focused on monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to ensure we are providing a safe environment for guests and Team Members. This individual will also look to minimize opportunities for loss or damage.
- Patrol the property with specified equipment check all designated points and document all actions taken.
- Ensure all guest room doors are secured; assist guests and residents with room access.
- Investigate suspicious persons on the property.
- Conduct designated investigations into theft or lost items noise complaints assault complaints food poisoning complaints and other guest and resident complaints; complete documented reports.
- Respond to the scene of guest and Team Member accidents promptly; administer first aid/CPR; communicate specified information to E.M.S./medical personnel as required.
- Comply with state regulations and property guidelines for handling intoxicated guests and residents.
- Resolve safety hazard situations and coordinate towing of vehicles.

Qualifications :
- 1-year experience as a Security Officer or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license
- Prior experience in a luxury environment is a plus
